G2Call+ Terms and conditions.

1. General.

 

G2Call+ is a call diverting application for the G2 + system of Golmar Sistemas de Comunicación, S.A. (hereinafter "Golmar"). www.golmar.es.

 

To install and use G2Call+ you must accept the terms and conditions that are detailed below.

 

2. Description of G2Call+ application.

 

The application allows the user to contact remotely with the video door entry system of his home.

 

To enjoy this service, the user must have at home a Golmar system with G2 + technology.

 

The characteristics of this service are:

• Reception of calls made from the video door entry system,
• Possibility of establishing audio and video communication, as well lock activation,
• Display of CCTV cameras connected to the video door entry system,
• Recording of images at the user’s will.

 

3. Conditions of use.

 

The application is free and of private use, not being used for any other purpose.

 

Golmar reserves at any time and for any reason, the right to change the characteristics of the application, to charge for its service or even to withdraw it.

 

The user confirms to be aware of the expenses that may arise from the use of application data during connection times, depending on the terms of the contract with his mobile phone provider.

 

The use of the application requires compliance with the laws in force in the country of residence of the user, the applicable European Directives and the provisions of this document.

 

4. System requirements.

 

The use of the service provided by the application requires a router with WiFi connectivity and internet access, linked to the G2+ device of your home. This application is compatible with phones whose operating system versions are superior to Android 4.0 or iOS 8.0.

 

The establishment of the connection and the quality of the service can be affected by the type and quality of the signal through which the connection is made, as well as by the conditions of the contract established with your telephone and internet provider.

 

The use of the application could be affected by the use of firewalls in the network.

 

5. Provision and suspension of service.

 

Golmar is exempt from guaranteeing the quality of service provision depending on the countries from which the connection is made.

 

Golmar reserves the right to suspend, temporarily or permanently and without prior notice, the services provided by this application, as well as the availability thereof, declining all liability to the user or third parties.

 

6. Limitation of liability.

 

Golmar is exempt from any damages or losses of any nature that the installation or use of this application could cause.

 

7. Update of the terms.

 

The terms and conditions of this contract constitute the full agreement between Golmar and the user. Golmar reserves the right to review them in the successive updates of the application.

 

8. No waiver.

 

The omission by Golmar to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the terms of this contract shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision, unless expressly acknowledged and agreed in writing by Golmar.

 

9. Applicable jurisdiction and legislation.

 

In case of dispute, resulting from the interpretation, execution or breach of any of the clauses of the contract by any of the parties, they accept that this contract is subject to Spanish law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of Barcelona.

 

10. Privacy Policy.

 

This application does not save any data or user information. The only registered data are the public IP addresses of the device where the application is running and the router linked to the G2+ device with which the application is paired. These data can be considered identifying and are necessary to be able to provide the service. The personal data you provide to Golmar will be treated in accordance with our privacy policy (www.golmar.es/about-golmar/legal-warning) for the sole purpose of providing the services you have hired us. Your data will not be transferred to third parties, will not be subject to international transfers and will be retained during the legally established deadlines. You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation of treatment and portability, by email to the responsible for security (rsgolmar@golmar.es) or by postal mail (Pol. Ind. Famadas, Calle del Silici, 13, 08940 Cornellá de Llobregat, Barcelona) attaching a copy of your ID or equivalent document.
