This development transformed the former Bayer Headquarter at the Avenue Louise, into a new office development, combining low energy technologies with prestigious architecture. E-Lite offers improved accessibility, alternative mobility facilities, accessible terraces and patios, natural light for all offices, high efficiency energetic concepts and sustainability.
E-Lite is located near the city center on the prestigious avenue Louise, combining a wide variety of facilities with excellent access to public transportation.
In this project it was installed the IP video intercom system, consisting in 5 code panels 7402/IP LCC , 6 rock panels 7101/IP with one push button and a total of 18 monitors for each one of the offices. The low consumption of the IP system contribute to keep this building efficient and sustainable.
